Registering with our practice is simple 

• By phone call on 0131 555 2020.  Ask for new patient registrations, should the line be engaged you can leave a message and the reception team will get back to you as soon as possible.   

• Drop in at Drake Dental Care, 57 Constitution Street, Leith.  Our opening hours are extended so you may find this a convienient alternative if you live or work nearby.  

• Use the contact us form.  A link on the left hand side will allow you to access the form.  Remember that the important details are your name and contact details.  If you wish to register your family please let us know the names of the people you wish to add.
